For Referring Dentists
One periodontist, one office, and a standing commitment: your patient hears from us the same business day, is offered a consult within the week, and you get a written report after every visit. Your patient comes back to you.
What We Promise
- Same-business-day contact. Every referral is logged when it arrives and the patient is called and texted the same business day (we’re open Monday through Thursday; referrals that arrive after 3 PM or on a Friday are called the next business morning by 9 AM). We confirm receipt to your office the same day. If we can’t reach the patient after three attempts over a week, you hear about it.
- A consult within the week. Consult slots are held each week for referred patients. Emergencies are seen the same day; send them over.
- A written report after the consult and after every treatment visit: diagnosis and staging, the plan and sequence, what was done, radiographs, the maintenance interval, and anything else we noticed. For implants: fixture brand, diameter, length, platform, lot number, insertion torque, healing abutment height, the scan body and abutment we recommend, and the ready-to-restore date. Sent by fax, encrypted email (we send a secure link), or the referral platform, whichever your office prefers.
- Your patient returns to you for all restorative work and for alternating periodontal maintenance. We do not provide general dentistry and we do not keep your patients.
- Your restorative plan drives the surgery. For implants, tell us the restoration you intend and we plan the implant to it on the scan, with a surgical guide where the case calls for one. We place Nobel Biocare implants; your lab gets the fixture details and recommended components in the report.
- Alternating maintenance, on a written interval. Your hygiene department keeps the patient; we see them for periodontal maintenance in between, at the interval we agree on in the report, and send charting after each of our visits.
- Direct access to Dr. Verrett. For a question about a case, call the office and ask for him; he returns doctor calls the same business day. For scheduling and records, ask for our treatment plan coordinator.
What We Treat
Periodontitis at every stage, including regeneration; gum recession and soft-tissue grafting, including around implants; dental implants from single tooth to full arch, with socket preservation, ridge augmentation, and sinus lifts; peri-implantitis and failing implants; crown lengthening, functional and esthetic; frenectomy; and periodontal emergencies. IV sedation is available for any of it.
How to Refer
- Fax the referral slip and current radiographs to (512) 346-8135. Print a referral slip.
- Call (512) 346-6097 and ask for our treatment plan coordinator. For radiographs and scans, we’ll send your office a secure upload link the same day; please don’t email patient images.
- Online, with secure upload, is being set up and will be announced here.
What Your Patients Will Find
Referred patients look us up before they call. They find a practice rated 5.0 on Google from 127 reviews (September 2026), quoted on the reviews page, and before-and-after cases treated here. Most of the reviews mention the same two things: that the plan was explained, and that nobody was pushed into treatment.
