Website Privacy
This page covers the website. How we protect your health information as a patient is covered by our Notice of Privacy Practices.
What the website collects. When you submit the consult request form, we receive the first and last name, phone number, email, the name of any referring doctor, and the short note you enter. That information is used to contact you and for nothing else, and form emails are deleted within 90 days of your first visit or on request. We ask you to keep the note brief and leave out detailed medical history. The site uses Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages are used, with Google Signals and ad personalization turned off; that data is aggregated and does not identify you. The site does not use advertising trackers. Fonts and images are served from our own site. The contact page shows a map image served from this site; it is a picture, not an embed, and tapping it opens Google Maps in a new tab.
What we don’t do. We do not sell or share your information with anyone outside the practice, other than the services that host the site (Cloudflare) and deliver the form to a practice mailbox (an email relay). We have written agreements with vendors that handle patient information. We do not send marketing email unless you have asked for it.
Cookies. Google Analytics sets cookies to distinguish visits. You can block them in your browser without affecting the site.
Links. Pages link to Google, Yelp, and Facebook for reviews and maps. Those sites have their own policies.
Patient information. Your health information is protected under HIPAA and Texas law. See our Notice of Privacy Practices. Please don’t send health information through the website form or by ordinary email; call us, or bring it to your visit.
