Periodontal Procedures
Everything we do for the gums and the bone under them, from treating gum disease to grafting receding gums. Start with the condition you're noticing or the treatment your dentist mentioned.
- Gum disease treatment — Scaling and root planing, surgery when needed, regeneration of lost bone, and maintenance that keeps it treated.
- Gum recession and gum grafting — Covering exposed roots and thickening thin gum tissue, with your own tissue or a donor graft.
- Crown lengthening and gummy smile — Reshaping gum and bone so a crown fits, or so a smile shows more tooth and less gum.
- Frenectomy — Releasing a lip or tongue tie in adults and children.
- Sedation and comfort — Nitrous oxide, oral sedation, and IV sedation, and how we decide which one fits.
Not Sure What You Need?
Start with the conditions page: bleeding gums, receding gums, loose teeth, bad breath, a gummy smile. Or request a consult and we’ll figure it out together.
